Just upgraded last night, let it run all night, did a bit of cleaning up
this morning, and now all seems to be okay.
I had some trouble getting Firefox to work because I had enabled
Moonlight (stupid me) so I had to remove it by Synaptic. After that it
seemed good.
I heard rumours that it supported the iPod touch and iPhone, so I
plugged that in and was pleasantly surprised that it recognized it and
offered to open Rythmbox. The device was also recognized by Nautilus, so
I dragged and dropped a couple of podcasts from my computer to the file
in the ipod called "Podcasts" (makes sense, doesn't it?) and it shows up
in nautilus but I can't for the life of me find them on the iPod. Oh
well. Baby steps. Better than none.
I think I might even get used to having the maximize, minimize, delete
buttons on the left hand side of the screen.
