To Alfred    Hi   I have this puzzle here,maybe You will know how to 
solve ? I don't know why  Thunderbird and Firefox is constantly telling 
me in most of my  coming e-mails (like in this one) that "This message 
is junk and that I have to open a new window and close preexisting  
Firefox process or restart my system (even when is just a cooking 
recipes, so nothing suspicious ) God heaven why this thing doesn't let 
me see  not even  stupid recipes ???    Maybe I just don't understand 
something ? I believe I would understand  it more likely,if  this Linux 
thing  could be more useful   Please help me solve it,or what should I
